Terms of Use
About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to CosmoCluck Pixel Raid, an independent arcade game project, and its companion website. The game developer can be contacted at cosmocluck@gmail.com. By playing the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Permission to play
You may install and play the game for personal entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork, music, code, or other content. Rights belonging to third-party creators remain with their respective owners.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use the game or website to distribute malware, interfere with other users or services, impersonate the developer, or infringe the rights of others. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law expressly allows.
Current version and planned features
The current version is an offline arcade game. Gameplay scores, crystals, upgrades, and bonuses are game mechanics and have no cash value or entitlement to tokens. Online leaderboards, usernames, wallet connectivity, and an SKR shop are roadmap ideas and are not available in the current version. Roadmap dates and features may change.
Local game data
The game stores scores and preferences locally on your device. Clearing application data or uninstalling may remove these records. Device backups, if enabled, are controlled by your operating system and backup provider.
Updates and availability
Updates may change gameplay, fix issues, or add features. Compatibility and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed on every device. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
Third-party services
The website and app distribution may involve third-party providers, including Netlify and the Solana dApp Store. Their own terms apply to their services. CosmoCluck is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Solana Mobile.
Children
A parent or guardian should review these terms where required for a child to use the game. No player account or personal information is required to play the current offline version.
Changes and contact
The latest version of these terms will be available on this page with an updated date. For questions about the game or these terms, email cosmocluck@gmail.com.
