Scope and contact

This notice describes the current offline version of CosmoCluck Pixel Raid, its companion website, and support correspondence. It is provided by the developer of the independent CosmoCluck project. For privacy questions and requests, contact cosmocluck@gmail.com.

Offline gameplay

The current game does not require an account, wallet, or internet connection. It does not send gameplay scores, touch inputs, or local game settings to the developer. The current version has no advertising, analytics, online leaderboard, or wallet-payment integration.

Data stored on your device

High scores, game records, and preferences may be stored locally so the game can remember them between sessions. These records remain on the device unless your operating system includes them in a backup. You can remove local records by clearing app data or uninstalling the game; this may permanently remove progress. Device backup services have their own settings and privacy policies.

Support email

If you email support, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send are received by the developer and the email provider. They are used to answer your request, investigate issues, and maintain necessary correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or unnecessary personal details. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law.

Website hosting

The companion website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit it, hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and access time, to deliver and secure the website. The supplied website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or registration forms. Netlify processing is subject to its policies: Netlify Privacy Policy.

Distribution and other providers

Your app store, operating system, and device backup or email providers may process information independently under their own policies. Downloading through the Solana dApp Store does not enable wallet functionality in the game. Third-party services may process information outside your country; see their notices for transfer safeguards and retention details.

Purposes and rights

Where data protection law applies, support correspondence is processed for the legitimate interests of responding to requests and maintaining the game, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing where applicable. Contact support to exercise these rights. You may also raise concerns with your local data protection authority. Providing support information is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to answer.

Children and future versions

The offline game does not ask children to submit personal information. If a child sends personal information through support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion where applicable. Before adding online accounts, advertising, analytics, leaderboards, or wallet payments, this notice will be updated to describe the actual data practices.

Updates

Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date. This notice describes the current release; roadmap features are not treated as active services.
